Jacky Nail Spa

Came in to take a gel color off my natural nails that I had on for a few weeks. They charged me $5-$7 every other time I came. It was a dead day and I was the only one there so the owner decided to up charge me $10. I told her I always paid $5-$7. And she claimed it was always $10. Ridiculous. The nail tech didn’t even buff, cut or shape my nails. I sat there for 10 mins while she just put acetone and foil on my nails then filed off the gel. How is that $10? If you’re gonna charge that at least cut, shape and file my nails. This is how I left the salon. Smh, believe the other reviews, they charge what they want when they want and the owner is extremely rude. Half the business is your attitude lady. For that she lost a customer.

Tells you one price charges another Uneven nails! Rushed work. This is my last time here

I have told them on multiple occasions, "do not cut my cuteticles" and they always try to do so anyway. During the last session the technician was rushing and she cut my skin and it was bleeding a lot. Days later the skin around my nails were peeling profusely. Not to mention she did not cover my full pinky nail with the nail polish. Below are pictures taken a few days apart. There is a young lady that works there that has done a good job in past, which is the reason I gave 3 stars, however the other technicians are not as good in my experience.
